S’mores Cookie Dough Bites (delicious snack made with nuts and dates- tastes a lot like a s’more cookie!)

 

 

 

 

Single Serving Mocha Mug Cake (vegan, low fat)
– I typically omit the coffee granules. Also sub applesauce for oil to cut around 50 calories and 8g fat

– Takes less than 5 minutes to make!
