Mango Tropical Protein Smoothie

 

 

 

 

 

–       1 cup frozen mango

–       ½ cup 2% cottage cheese

–       ½ cup skim milk

–       1 scoop vanilla protein powder

–       ½ a banana

–       1-2 tablespoons of mango juice (or orange juice, pineapple juice would probably also work)

Grind all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
