As I’ve mentioned before, everyone will have different diets and food choices that work for them. I personally do not eat any type of red meat or pork. I do eat chicken, turkey, and fish, or, as my grandmother would say “feathers and fins.” I also eat about 5 times a day and do not eat processed carbohydrates before noon (most of the time, anyway). Here, I’ve posted several links containing healthy recipes I love along with a few of my own. These are recipes I’ve made in the past that I would certainly make again in the future (i.e.- Tori approved!).
