Good morning everyone!
I believe this is officially the longest I’ve gone without blogging since I started tori teaches fitness over 2 years ago! I’m so sorry it’s been that long, but it’s been a crazy month! Though I’d been studying for my boards since January, study hours picked up to 12-15 per day during the last 3-4 weeks. I took two sets of boards at the beginning of June and then escaped NY with my boyfriend for a mini vacation in Savannah. It was so beautiful! We picked Savannah because we wanted to go to a city with a lot of interesting history that also had beaches nearby. We spent the first 3 days exploring Savannah by bike and on foot, and spent the last 2 days relaxing on the beach. We also ate so.much.food. It was exactly what we needed!
But back to business! We’re in the full swing of summer and that means fitness is critical for keeping those fabulous beach bodies. What better way to do so than with a bootcamp workout?!
