Today I’m introducing you to the Marathon Plank Workout!
OK, so it’s not a real marathon. But it might feel like one if you’re not used to doing planks! This workout is 2.62 minutes 🙂 And you’re holding a plank the entire time. It’s great for the core, and will be an extra challenge if you incorporate this into a circuit workout.
This is the first workout I’ve filmed in my tiny apartment. I’m a bit limited to what I can do since it’s so small, but hopefully I can get some more floor workouts together in the near future.
