Did anyone try my first Bootcamp workout? Well, if you didn’t, then you definitely should! You’ll be sweating in no time. For those that did, here is round two.
This workout is SO exhausting. Seriously. Seeing it typed out always makes it look so manageable but you’ll quickly realize how difficult it gets.
I’m hoping this will also give those in the Northeast who are snowed in a good workout to do at home. Even if you don’t have weights, you can still do most of this without them. Everything counts!
