I have, on a couple of occasions, ranted about how amazing kickboxing is. It’s the best possible all-in-one workout. If done correctly, you should feel sore in your arms and legs the next day (this may require closer to 30 minutes….but now I have 3 ten minute segments for you to do at home!).
It was a beautiful day for filming on my parent’s porch, and I also thought the sound came through pretty well. I’ll see what I can do about getting a few more filmed there before it gets cold!
