The 2 Minute Workout

What?! A workout that’s only 2 minutes???

Ok, so maybe it’s not really only 2 minutes. Each part is 2 minutes- It’s intense but really awesome. It’s also a great way to fit in a great workout in just 20 minutes. I did this plus a little extra yesterday and actually broke my jumprope!! So sad.

I’d recommend trying to do this workout with little to no rest between exercises. This will make efficient use of your time and also intensify the exercises. Put on some good music and work hard!

The 2 Minute Workout

  • Jump rope, both feet- 2 Minutes
  • Triceps dips and Push-ups (30 seconds alternating each for 2 minutes)
  • Jump rope, one foot (30 seconds alternating each)- 2 Minutes
  • Squats- 2 Minutes
  • Jump rope, one foot (30 seconds alternating each)- 2 Minutes
  • Lunges and Lunge jumps (30 seconds alternating each for 2 minutes)- be sure you alternate right and left
  • Jump rope, add jump between each rope turn- 2 Minutes
  • Forearm and upright Planks  (30 seconds alternating each for 2 minutes)- you can modify by taking knees to the floor
  • Jump rope, both feet- 2 Minutes
  • Squat shuffles- 2 Minutes (to modify, squat step alternating left and right)
