Plyometrics: Part One.
Yes…Part one. This is for two reasons:
1.) It will force me to create future plyo videos
2.) It will give all of you the opportunity to choose from multiple plyometric exercises
Plyometrics is great because it is a high impact cardiovascular workout. It is a really effective way to burn a lot of calories in a short period of time. It’s also kind of the new big thing these days, what with recent fad workouts like P90X and Insanity.

But I digress.
I am using a new video camera, so hopefully this is a little better than the last one. I’m also limiting my videos to 10-15 minutes, since it’s a bit more manageable. Here it is!! plyometrics part one.
